    dear. I did egg diet for 40 days n I lost 7 kgs. Now I 'll try dis one.. can u do some videos to boost your metabolism n for bloating kind something.. mine is too slow so though I did for 40 days seriously I was able to loose 7 kgs.

  2. Morning routine: weight loss drink on empty stomach
    2 cardamom pods, crushed/ half tsp of cardamom powder
    Infuse in warm water

    Breakfast: rolled oats (whole oats)
    Because instant oats are more processed

    In one and a half cups of water, add 1/4th tsp of cinnamon powder

    After boiling, add half cup of rolled oats and cover the lid for 4-5 mins

    Add 1 diced apple, half tsp of grated ginger

    Sprinkle 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds or seeds of your choice

    Drizzle some maple syrup or honey

    Lunch: palak or spinach roti or sweet potato roti or oats flaxseed or oats roti
    With a bowl of yogurt

    Evening: spicy chickpeas

    To 1 tsp of ghee, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4th tsp of asafoetida or hing, 2 tsps of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin, turmeric, dry mango, red chilly powder or paprika powder. Stir and add 2 cups of boiled chickpeas. Mix and add coriander leaves. Lastly add Himalayan pink salt

    Have with a cup of warm green tea

    Dinner: salad

    Shreds of cabbage, carrots, slices of tomatoes, cucumbers, sprouts, steamed bellpeppers, french beans, radish, broccoli
    Feel free to add salt, lemon juice, black pepper, chilly flakes

    Bedtime drink: golden milk

  3. I want to lose 10 kg in a month is this possible
    Can we alter regular oats n any fruit for apple in the morning
    Egg as alternative for chickpeas??
    Why we should avoid banana
    Ll there be any constipation problem
