  1. So I'm a recovering heroin addict ( 4 yrs clean) I was an exotic dancer for years and very well know not only for my body but for my ploe tricks. I was in the best shape of my life. Then tragedy struck I was kidnapped and was sex trafficked. Which led to my drug addiction. Now I'm clean and have a new life but my medication has caused me to gain weight. However I'm very active, and watch what I eat. I just can't seem to lose any weight. Please help.

  2. Great video!! Very informative. One thing that made a lot of sense was that if you're body has been used to a certain size is hard to change that. Working on the internal issue is definitely a better approach than a quick fix. I tried the boxed meal prep meals, had some success, but eventually fell off again.

  3. Great message! Some things I have tried that were not healthy…maybe not as crazy as some, but the apple cider vinegar drink 2x a day, also just smoking a ton of cigarettes and not eating for a couple days at a time. Very not healthy!! Thankfully I have quit smoking and I'm on Day 2 of the 10 lb takedown challenge and I'm already down 5 lbs from my starting weight! Thank you for sharing all your insight and for just being you!

  4. Honestly, Codered is the only thing that has gotten my weight off in a short amount of time. And yes you have to follow the rules if you want results. I lost 40lbs in two and a half months. 51 more ponds to lose until goal. You're right, cheating will set you back and I learned that lesson quickly in my first month.
