  1. I am going hard, no sugar or sugar substitutes because it slows down weightloss. Only water, tea no sugar, blck coffee. No liquor!? Now thats the hard part for me no more🍸🍷hhmmmmm

  2. Bull-yon (pronounced) cubes either beef, chicken of veggie cubes will do. I think fresh garlic will give u more flavor and more weightloss benefits. Plus garlic is REALLY good for you. My goal is to do the soup for a month….ugh.

  3. I saw his video and I already decided to try it . Still have to go get the stuff to make it . I need to get about 50 off fast to take the pressure off my joints then I can take the rest off slower . I think this soup would also be good for a snack between meals to keep from eating other foods

So glad i bumped into your vids! just madethat cabbage soup and today is DAY 1 for me…and like you i LOVE CABBAGE…. i weigh 235lbs and have been a chunky monkey most my adult life…. and next b-day (march) i want to celebrate under 200lbs! lol…Just staying positive and sticking to it. i get discouraged at times because i live with family – and when i try a diet or anything new to loose weight they are a bit discouraging and i end up stopping BUT this is NOT THE DAY!
