  1. I've always said that supplements aren't necessary. Anything you need you should be able to find in organic foods, if you look hard enough.

Thanks for the advice. Losing fat is always difficult.

  2. There is no need to eat lower carbs to lose bodyfat. What is required is a calorie deficit. Most people will find it helpful to eat at least moderate carbs if they want to build muscle (as it helps most fuel productive workouts). The meal plan seems to have you eating ~1500 calories/day- as a man you will lose weight on this diet. Eat 1500 calories of Twinkies a day and you'll lose weight. In both cases adherence (in the long term) will likely be the issue. The idea that meal timing (and the need for lower glycemic-type foods is simply the stuff of myth and has been shown to be unfounded by research). For example, do you really need to start your day with "slow burning carbs"?

  3. What about if I do MRT workouts pretty well but do not take enough nutrition from food ? I'm taking supplement though but not sure if that contains d3 or not.

  4. I've always said that the best time to start getting fit was yesterday, but this video gives a good starting point to those who are on the edge but have lacked the motivation so far.
