Losing weight does not make you an expert though. So where do I call you to get advice?? I believe you said we can call you any time for support. No???
I'm going to say this video was so inspirational that's why I'm watching it at 7:55 a.m. LOL. You are totally right about everything you said. I am doing just that and it's kind of hard sometimes because I do have chronic pain illness and a few other things that make life uncomfortable for me but I still find the courage to persevere and push through. I even decided to finally start my YouTube channel again and I wanted to be surrounded around health and well-being. So I've been subscribed to you for quite a while and I would appreciate if you could support me and let's all do this for 2019! I will be on your channel religiously trying to find some tips and other things that may help me because I do have an issue with my legs meaning that is the area where I have endured the most trauma so this will be a challenge, but I am up for it. I really want to lose a few pounds but just tone up and like I said if you have any suggestions that may help me I would truly appreciate it God bless you honey 🙂
I went to the gym yesterday and ate right today I had a donut that my dad bought me and worked out. I’m actually not mad at myself like I would’ve been in the past. I dint even feel like I want another one. It’s a lifestyle change. Long as I don’t give up.
Girl I started today. Gained back 14lbs since September when I went from working from home to back in the office 🤦🏽♀️ I can't wait to see what I'm down by the end if this month! Your video was right on time beautiful!!
