  1. Eating a lot of raw vegetables is a very quick way to lose weight.. WITH A GOOD GARLIC AND SESAME SEED HUMMUS…with the GARBANZO BEANS..It may be just water, but feels great.. LOSE 5 pounds a month is easy.. eat a cracker one or two with the veggies.. NO more… lol I liked green peppers and zucchini or celery.. peel the thread off.. and any piece of cuke or tomato,radishes,etc.. try them all. and find the favourites.. and do it in the hot weather is easier.. but all year is a good habit before dinner. so we eat maybe a pice of meat only.. and more veggies?? the RAW VEG is the trick.. x0x
