  1. I’m going to do this workout everyday for 30 days, I’ll update y’all everyday! Like to remind me.
    Day 1:
    It was actually pretty easy, I definitely could feel the burn in my arms, a little bit in my chest. No results yet. They do feel a little bit more out though if that makes sense.
    Day 2: Definitely felt the workout more today! A lot in my arms, and a little in the breast area. I feel like it’s lifting them up a little bit.

  2. Okay so I started 2 days ago and let me say I do see a bit of a difference.

    Day 1: it wasn’t that hard but it burned a bit, especially the last one I did this 2 times

    Day 2: it was a lot harder and I was dying

    Day 3: the last one got easier and of course I did this 2 times. I am happy with what I have rn.

  3. I'm thinking about trying these out. I recently started back at the gym a couple weeks ago and I'm a little afraid my boobs will get smaller by doing the chest exercises! I'm on the small side (b cup) and I'm worried that they will disappear! Would these work fine if I would add weights to these exercises? Like, 3-5 lb weights? Thanks

    Day one: I definitely felt it my arms feel tense

    Day 2: it was a lot harder today than it was before

    Day 3: it hurts my arms so badddd but it’s worth it in the end my chest feels more firm of that makes sense

    day 1 (today): pretty sore in the arms no difference (of course its day 1 lol) see u tmrw x
    day 2 + 3: it is still hard to the excersises but i am starting to see improvements which is great! x
