  1. So you were saying to avoid carbs hen trying to slim down legs, and I know after a workout eating protein will increase muscle mass, so what would I eat after a run to slim down legs if I shouldn’t eat protein or carbs?

  2. Is there a way to slim them down if it's biological? I don't need aesthetics, I'm amateur fighter but the sheer size and weight of my legs forces me to fight 1 division above my preferred division. It also slows me down.

  3. Asalam o alaikum . I m Muslim… I want to say that please say shahadat means kalma which is important to be a Muslim. It is the first step towards Islam. And to die Muslim.     奇怪怎麼越來越硬越來越腫大 結果那些運動都會造成小腿肌壯大啊⋯⋯。請問妳可知道日本有一個踮腳尖手臂向頭上延伸短暫30秒的運動? 那樣一點點時間也會造成小腿肌健壯嗎? 謝謝~

  5. Most times I stretch my legs I end up pulling my calf muscles; the resulting contraction of that muscle is excruciating. And my mother who enduringly moves around all day bending squatting and getting up again has surprisingly the thickest calves and thighs amongst everyone else in the family. The key to slim legs is to barely use them and to seldomly do any sort of work.

  6. I hate how big my thighs are and my calf’s are a normal size, and my thighs are big because of muscle, so I wanna bulk down, and make my legs look normal, but I don’t know how to do that… 😪

  7. I’m a male and mine are extremely muscular, but they are too muscular. They aren’t disproportionate, but I’d really like if they were a tad smaller. When I used to compete that got me extra points, but now that I don’t, I just don’t like the look.
