Is there a way to slim them down if it's biological? I don't need aesthetics, I'm amateur fighter but the sheer size and weight of my legs forces me to fight 1 division above my preferred division. It also slows me down.

Most times I stretch my legs I end up pulling my calf muscles; the resulting contraction of that muscle is excruciating. And my mother who enduringly moves around all day bending squatting and getting up again has surprisingly the thickest calves and thighs amongst everyone else in the family. The key to slim legs is to barely use them and to seldomly do any sort of work.
Do all the workout you post help me not make my calves bigger because I do some of your workouts but I feel like it’s making them bigger so I’m confused
I hate how big my thighs are and my calf’s are a normal size, and my thighs are big because of muscle, so I wanna bulk down, and make my legs look normal, but I don’t know how to do that… 😪
I’m a male and mine are extremely muscular, but they are too muscular. They aren’t disproportionate, but I’d really like if they were a tad smaller. When I used to compete that got me extra points, but now that I don’t, I just don’t like the look.

The only time mine drastically got smaller was when I lost so much weight and muscle tone (bc of Hyperemesis during my 1st pregnancy).
