  1. Slicing like this creates less resistance, so it might be less tiring. I’ve tried an even better technique of not moving through water at all, and I did not get tired even after 30 minutes. OK, I finally got tired just standing there.

  2. Too much splashing on the legs (should be kicking from the hips), arm position when "slicing" the water is incorrect … This is not the proper way to swim freestyle

  4. When I saw her demonstrate with her hands, I immediately paused the video and scrolled down to the comments to see what everyone else was saying. What a pathetic video!!!
