I hate having a big butt, it's so annoying I can't fit into skinny jeans, skirts, or shorts! I honestly don't get why people want big butts but of course everyone has their own opinions. But I've been trying my best to get a FLAT butt as that would be so GUD.
First time doing ti I got out of my couch and did the exercises with them I finished and back to my couch

I only tried this for 3 days and I can see the difference OMG
Remember to stretch before u do it and take a break when ur feeling tired in the middle of the exercise
