  1. Summary (20 mins workout):
    – Squats ×30-40 (2-3mins)
    – kick back x15-20 ea. side
    – skater moves x 1min
    – Butt bridges 15-20x (beg.) 40-50x (pro) about 1min
    – knee lift x30 ea. Side
    – leg circles backward and forward

    Repeat entire routine 3-4 times.

  2. I’m a boy and my butt sticks out a ton. It makes me feel very insecure too. It’s not big, it just sticks out a lot making my spine curve which is why I’m so flexible

  3. Aren’t these moves as same as the ones that make ur butt wider n bigger ….??? I wan a bigger butt n i do the same what if my size is literally reducing…….gawwddd it so confusing 😭😭😭😭😭

    Day 2:wow even my family noticed how much im weight im losing
    Day 3: thats amazing guys
    Day 4:did i do a surgery without knowing?
    Day 5: i stopped seeing results 🙁
    Day 6: i stopped seeing results 🙁
    Day 7: my butt become bigger 🙁
    Im gonna do this workout for a week and say what happens

  5. I hate having a big butt, it's so annoying I can't fit into skinny jeans, skirts, or shorts! I honestly don't get why people want big butts but of course everyone has their own opinions. But I've been trying my best to get a FLAT butt as that would be so GUD.
