  2. Great workout. Has all the components of Jeff’s bottom up, tension etc. good stuff. The music is so lame it might inspire anger to drive you through the pain! Lol 👍

  3. I’m nobody to be correcting Jeff, but you do not have to train Abbs everyday. I’ve noticed over the years that if you train your abbs twice a week, and your obliques twice a week in an alternative fashion over a six to seven day period, you’ll get better results. Go intense for ten to fifteen minutes with abbs on Monday, obliques on Tuesday, no abbs on Wednesday, then repeat Thursday abbs Friday obliques. No abbs Saturday with Sunday or Monday being optional to start the cycles again.
