  1. I just wanted to say that this diet is a really unhealthy way of loosing weight. It is a starvation mode diet and you loose a lot of weight, but you will most likely gain it back if you go back to eating normally. I, myself, will never ever do this diet again because it was not worth it. Now it’s up to you what you want to put your body through. Thankyou!

  2. Okay guys I'll give an update as much as I can. First of all I've done this egg diet before and lost 3kg(6.6lbs) and yes I kept it off, I was eating junks but I still didn't get them back.
    I decided to start another one for 3 days because my goal is to be 50kg
    This is my 2nd day, I weighed in the morning and I lost 2kg(4lbs) already, I haven't weighed all day.

  3. i’m gonna start this diet and update you guys along the way !!
    starting weight: 117.5lbs
    ending weight:
    day one: 117.5lbs
    day two: 116.5lbs i haven’t been that hungry, but it’s hard only having these foods loll, but i have lost 1 pound so far!
    p.s. i’m making a youtube video on this diet! (to help me keep up with the diet) i will be uploading it next friday/saturday!

  4. Yes of course you’ll gain it back… you have to change your life style . I lost 35 pounds ate everything I love . Just instead of a whole pizza one two slices , half a slice of cheesecake instead of a whole piece . Lots of water and ice which we should be drinking away . We never drink enough water . Just food in moderation.

  5. Guys I started today and my weight is 76.2 kilograms I will update when I over 10 days.
    Day1: 76.2
    Day2: 75.6
    Day3
    Day4
    Day5: when I looked my weight I was 74.5 but I am on my period so my body is swollen and keeps water so I won’t give up and measure my weight again when my period has done

    WILL POST MY AFTER DIET RESULTS AFTER THE LAST DAY!
    Starting this Diet Today:
    Although I won't drink Green Tea because I don't like the taste.
    Day 1: Finished with day one. Ate an apple and 3 eggs for dinner.
    Didn't feel that hungry really. Was quite surprised.
    I ate oatmeal for breakfast without milk but with half a table spoon of honey.
    Day 2:
    Breakfast: half cup of oatmeal with one banana
    Lunch: 2 boiled eggs since one was already spoiled.
    Dinner: Tomatoes with 3 scrambled eggs and an Apple
    Day 3:
    Breakfast: Half a cup of oatmeal with one banana
    Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs with onions
    Dinner:
    2 scrambled eggs with onions
    Two tomatoes
    One apple
    And half a cup of steamed veggies
    Day 4: Ate the same but added some veggies.
    My skirts that didn't fit before now fit me PERFECTLY.

I really want you to read this comment your body rn is tired u did a very good job and I'm so proud of you and so inspired fr also thanks for sharing this amazing experience with us and informing us as much as you can I'll try it as well but I hope that you find another balanced and healthy diet and enjoy all of the food . Your body changed a lot as well and I can tell that you look like insta models good for you hun so proud of u 💞💞💞👏🏻😌
