As a 30 year old woman that's been doing heavy weight lifting at the gym for the last 10 years, and your channel is awesome as inspiration for home workouts the days where I'm too lazy to go outside! And huge kudos to you for being restrictive and sensible about showing off a "half naked" butt/body on the internet at 15, it's too many creeps out there and obviously you van make a great video without showing skin!   3. hi so I m bored and I m pretty sure that if I won t keep this “yt diary” I ll give up so here I go:
    Day 1: it was really hard, no results yet, obv
    Day 2: I woke up feeling good, the only pain I felt was in the inner thighs area. anyways, I did the routine once again, but I did another 2 exercises I knew from another chanel. now my legs feel kinda sore so yea.

  4. heyy urm…I'm new…and I've got a slightly protruding tummy..well I wanna work on that but I don't know which workout to try first…the tummy's or the booty area??
    I mean…I don't wanna lose weight after gaining weight….So please tell me wah y'all think♥<
