  1. Tomato juice has nothing to do with your waist line food does not control special body parts it's the workout you need to do to change a specific muscle or body part

  2. I just want to say that ballerinas ARE NOT expected to be 110 lbs max. I know a ballerina who is a pro, 5'7", and 115 lbs. That is not an issue for her. I think that this video might be setting unrealistic body images for girls to strive for, and twisting the view of the ballet industry. Just wanted to let y'all know.

  3. Altough our diets may seem strict, we actually have to consume a bit more calories than you think because we have to fuel ourselves up for rehearsals.

  4. Hi there! This is an incorrect video. I am a ballerina and I have won first place in the world ballet competition. I train so much and this video is nowhere near correct to the way that ballerinas eat. We literally eat so much food you have no idea because we exercise so much. I dance six hours every day and so I eat a lot of food every day. just make sure that you don’t eat burgers and Popsicles and etc. all the time lol. Also make sure you don’t listen to whatever you here on videos and such. Get all the facts so that you don’t make the wrong decisions.👍🏼♥️

I danced professionally, hold a degree in dance performance and currently teach pre-professional ballet students. 90% of this video is horrifically inaccurate, (where on earth did they get that 110 lb rule from?). If you want to get an idea of what dancers actually eat, there are tons of videos of actual ballerinas showing what they eat in a day here.

  6. AS A DANCER I CAN CONFIRM THIS IS COMPLETE NONSENSE!! THESE AREN'T REAL AT ALL PLEASE DON'T GO STARVE YOURSELF OR DO THE FAST DAY THING, NO DANCER EVER DID THAT CAUSE THEY EXERCISE SO MUCH. THESE INFORMATIONS ARE BS.

Please please help me my body actually look like the woman in 8:56 but I've already started ballet and I'm 17 years I tried before to not eat any think what caused many troubles in my body and I used to harsh my self when I practice and I forced my self to never eat and only drinking water but nothing happened exept for feeling very very weak and always tired I would love to be slimmer to help me cause I can't balance even when I walk (and the problem is that my body's size is smaller than my age) so yeah I hope you guys help me I'm actually sticking to all these rules but…
    I must be a Ballerina it's my dream
