Hi, great video! 1 question… If my TDEE is for exemple 2500 kcal, if I fast for 3 days, it's a total of 7500 kcal deficit, this deficit is equivalent of daily calorie deficit of 500 kcal for 15 days ( total 7500kcal) ? So basicly 3 days of fast is equivalent in this exemple of 15 days of dieting for fat loss or not ? The hardest part should be to not binge eat after and regain all the fat back 🙄( you will always regain water weight with glycogen replinhisment obviously)
But did you experience any kind of muscle loss? I would try this but no food or protein seems like not such a good idea for me since I'm already mostly thin.

That’s my problem, literally food controls me and I feel like I’m spiraling out of control. I gained 40 pounds in the last few months and then I lost 4 just recently so I’m on the right track but I feel like fasting for 2 days to begin will be my start to being able to control what I eat.
Every time I have fasted for 28hrs I kept off the weight but I do OMAD 99% of the time!! I really want to do a 3 day fast but friends keep wanting to go out and it is hard enough to do keto at a restaurant…I love the way I feel after fasting for a whole day!!
Some of this is true and some is false. For many, a water fast does mean you lose a great amount of body fat, not just water weight. Your body goes into ketosis and beings eating the fat cells. There are countless documentation by those of us in the medical field that have people on water fasting for 7 to 21 days and have significantly lowered their bodyfat percentage.
Why do you just add salt (sodium chloride). I am fairly sure your heart needs potassium. Maybe a "salt" mixture of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium would be better? I don't know…….
Holy carp your insanely healthy! To have a heart rate at 57 bpm is insane! I'm a runner and I have a resting heart rate of only about 60 bpm 🙁 I wish it was 50 or something oof
Look into taking a Potassium supplement (sodium works with potassium at a 1 to 1 ratio) along those lines, maybe consider taking a multi with your water.
I just started a 48 day fast! I'm on day 2, the farthest I've done before is 5 days so pray for me 😂 I'm also posting daily weigh in videos with a part of fasting explained each day I post 😊

Spinach is very high in natural sodium, iceberg is much better for dieting. Spinach and Green's will cause water weight gain.

is it safe to only drink water for 3 days? i thought when your not eating your body goes into starvation mode and can cause you to gain weight
