  1. This seems like a short leg workout…am i over doing mine then?

    1st Exercise: Squats, 8 sets, 6-10reps (starting light and increasing weight as i go up in sets)

    2nd Exercise: Leg Press: 4 sets, 8-12 reps (gradually increasing weights for each set)

    3rd Exercise: single leg lunges with barbell 4 sets, 6-10reps

    4th Exercise: Walking dumbbell lunges (4 sets, walking ten steps/paces)

    5th Exercise: 4 sets of leg extensions 10 reps each.

  2. Just curious bro, do you throw calves in with legs or do you find it that you get better calf workouts when doing them with other body parts? For instance yesterday I did them with arms and it was a wayyy better workout because my legs were fresh and I wasnt fatigued yet #snapsquad keep killing it bro👌💪💪 I like the new video formatting too btw
