For instance yesterday I did them with arms and it was a wayyy better workout because my legs were fresh and I wasnt fatigued yet #snapsquad keep killing it bro👌💪💪 I like the new video formatting too btw

1st Exercise: Squats, 8 sets, 6-10reps (starting light and increasing weight as i go up in sets)
2nd Exercise: Leg Press: 4 sets, 8-12 reps (gradually increasing weights for each set)
3rd Exercise: single leg lunges with barbell 4 sets, 6-10reps
4th Exercise: Walking dumbbell lunges (4 sets, walking ten steps/paces)
5th Exercise: 4 sets of leg extensions 10 reps each.

I do barbell squats, 15 rep with 21 Pounds, 3 sets, and a rest time of 30 seconds, how about you?
