  1. I hate that I'm still not able to do a roll up and that my huge butt doesn't let me have my legs straight because I get that hollow thing in my back, so I always have to have knees bent

  2. I've been through every video on the beginner calendar and am on day 26. I can't get through even half of this without just feeling it only in my hips and lower back. I can't get proper form on the earthquakes. Can anyone help?

  3. Did cassey use the first song for a song challenge somewhere why do I feel triggered by it and remembering that it was the song that never ended and caused me so much pain idk what

  4. This one made me realize how much work I still have to do. I plan on going through the 2nd – 4th week of beginners calendar one more time before moving on to your more advanced videos. Thanks Cassey, really feeling stronger
