  1. +Rebecca-Louise Hello Rebecca!!!I would like to ask you some questions.In order to see results should I try different workouts?So far I have been doing three of your workouts for arms,abs and legs.Is it okay that I have been doing the same exercises or should I try different work outs?Also,is there something specific I should be eating?

  2. first time trying this and im officially stopping at 7:00 mark! i held 3kg in each hand…my arms are now jelly!! i will try this again next time! thanks rebecca 🙂

    Update:
    Day 2 – i stopped work to take a break, and decided to test this again! I managed to do until 11:00. The tricep dip pulse was such a torture! But i feel a sense of achievement from the improvement 🙂

  3. I hope you do a 2nd part to this intense arm workout. I absolutely love it! I can see my arms are getting toner and I want to feel the burn even more….Rebecca I feel the burn! 🙂

  4. Hi Rebecca! I'm 59 and love your videos…but I have a question: Is 15 min enough time for training your arms? I sometimes feel I can do much more, but don't know if it's over training…Thnks!

  5. This is one of my fav arm workouts, love it! Thx Rebecca for 15+ mins of burn:) I don't understand how anyone would give this workout a down vote, this pisses me off!
