Update: Day 2 – i stopped work to take a break, and decided to test this again! I managed to do until 11:00. The tricep dip pulse was such a torture! But i feel a sense of achievement from the improvement 🙂
I hope you do a 2nd part to this intense arm workout. I absolutely love it! I can see my arms are getting toner and I want to feel the burn even more….Rebecca I feel the burn! 🙂
