  1. Day 18 😊 here is a full cardio workout from one of my classes that I teach twice a week. During the station portion, you have 2 levels to choose from. You can do the hardest level, which is all of the options shown, or level 2, which is all of them except all the squat thrusts (burpee without a push-up). You have a 12 minute round and you begin by doing one exercise from each section. Then you go back through it again and choose another exercise from each section, etc. I explain it more in the video. My classes at the gym are intense! But notice the low impact options that I show you. You can go at your own pace 😊 let me know what you think ❤️❤️

  2. Omg just did two other routines( yesterday’s and the lower body one you posted) I thought you weren’t gonna post today. Im a little sad lol because it looks like such a good workout! But I will do this one tomorrow because I’m off pretty early then I’ll do the new one later that night.
