  1. I know this is a sprint workout, but anything with box jumps just instantly slows me down 🙁 so slow at them. This would take me about 10 minutes a round I think haha. Need to shift that weight for sure. 😀

  2. Hey Jacob, great video with a nasty workout! I would suggest C2B butterfly pullups for the "how to video" and how you approach them to compare with normal butterfly pullups, having a hard time with this ones. Thanks!

  3. FYI for future Jacob, female weights are usually roughly 70% of males. Take a wall ball for example, male use 20# females 14# (70%). Most male workouts where male use 135#, female use 95# (again 70%). Male workouts with 95# barbell, female use 65# (~68% but still 70'ish). FYI it's 70% like 99.999% of the time.
