  1. I was 260lbs and I'm now 220lbs. I want to get down to 180lbs. I eat 2000 calories a day. And I jog between 25-45 minutes per day. I'm a vegetarian.

    Here's a good way go get those veggies in your diet.

    Soup it. Soup is so easy to make and eat. Add a little bit of milk, kale, spinach and other veggies and blend them until they're thick and creamy. Delicious.

  2. I love how Joe acts like he knows more than Bert’s nutritionist and Cardiologist…talking to experts on a podcast and going through 8 years of schooling and training is a litttttttlllllleeeeeee different.

  3. The only times i've ever really lost weight is when i cut out eating crap….There's really no genius solution to it……Eat fruit and veg and cut out the shit and you'll lose weight to a much leaner body shape.

  4. Every human is soooo different
    I water fasted 21 days only lost 4 lbs…. my body needs very little calories when I'm losing…. and I exercise every day. I don't go into starvation mode for a very looong time. I was testing it with a doctor.

    My point, every one is different… eat healthy, figure out what calories works for you, exercise daily, fast periodically (not for 21 days lol)

  5. To lose weight: count calories. Eat whatever you want as long as you manage your calories. By exercising it makes things much easier as it means you can eat more kcals.

  6. No matter what diet regiment you do I believe exercise and balance diet is all you need, even if you do Keto, IF, Low Carb, etc.

    Personally I’ve tried keto and found to be food focus too much for me.
    IF (Warriors Diet – OMAD) works for me

  7. How to lose weight? Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food. And, exercise daily! THAT'S IT! But, candy tastes so good! And, watching TV is so much fun! 🙃
