Hi Michele, this is my 2nd trial from my recovery, so that, body still not adjusted, full reps but one circuit of each sets within one hour, then cool down 20 min ..all is enough to me 🙂 first move is shoulders killer, I still sweat a lot, clothes drenched after workout! Even I did modified for some moves, thanks for bring those great workouts !! 🙂

  2. Wow a killer workout but I loved the format. I sweated so much, my hair was all wet. The abs finisher was brutal. Great workout for my lazy sunday. I did this workout in the evening.

  3. Nice format, I like couplets/supersets. I am not a very big combo-moves fan, but these moves here were not that complicated, and I really felt a good burn. This was challenging, but doable. The bonus was hard, I did 2 rounds only, because of a time problem. But it was good enough for me. In the main part I burnt 400 cal, and with the bonus – 470! Thank you for this wo!

Good morning Michele!!I was very excited when I saw this in the morning.Right from the warm up I loved every single circuit and move.Many of my favourites are here..frog hop pushups,crab dance pushups,clean and press burpees,100s,flutter kicks and buzz saw plank.The French curls to chest press move was getting tougher with each round.The combo moves flowed well and it was intense. Loved the abs bonus in couplet style.Thank you so much Michele for this great workout. Happy Thanksgiving.Stay blessed!!

  5. Good afternoon Michele! I'm going out of town on Thanksgiving day for the long weekend sight seeing! I'm thinking whether I should do this workout early tomorrow morning at home or Friday morning at the hotel gym! I told my husband that the hotel must have a gym! LOL! I can't wait! I'm so excited! I love this new format! I have to thank Kanchana too for suggesting this! You are so amazing Michele! Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving with the your family! 🙂
