  1. I have a question, boneless chicken breast is 0 points? I've never done weight watchers so I wouldn't know.
    But say you make 2 chicken breasts, would it still be 0 points? Chicken has fat on it so I would've assumed it would be points.
    Especially when you fry it..

  2. I cooked this a few weeks ago, my husband and I loved it! We weren't eating healthier then, but we are now. Do you know how many calories this meal has? Thanks so much for sharing it! It's better then the actual KFC famous bowl!

  3. I would've measured the shake n bake you had left and see if it would've saved you a point…but I guess you really do so well with your points you probably don't have to worry about it.

I made this tonight and i was soooo good…but mine was 4 points and thats bc the breading i used wad zero points for the amount i used (i weight my chicken before and after breading and house autry chicken breading is 0 points for 5 grams) and i cooked the mashed potatoes and weighed it on the scale and only used 4.5 oz and it was 3 points…the rest was the same and it was amazing

  5. I made this last night. The chicken was amazing, but i don't have a Trader Joe's nearby, and the only frozen pots i could find turned out to be naked, so not very flavorful! I will try again! Even my hubs loved the chicken and he's very particular.
