  1. Many thanks, I've been looking for "tenderness around knee cap" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Qiyora Peyenry Principle – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )?

It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering how to get rid of excruciating knee pain without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my brother in law got cool success with it.

  4. Hello @Global Thriathlon Network ! Do you advice to do the one single leg squat but with the opposite leg straight in front instead of back? I've seen most of videos show it this way and I'm wondering if one is better than the other. Thank you!

  5. I've had it for over a year. Been going to pt for more than half a year. I reccomend getting in the pool almost everyday. The pool is basically pt. Clamshell=sidestroke. Freestyle stroke works on everything. Good for tri's too!

  6. Don’t roll your ITB 🤦🏼‍♂️ you don’t want it lose because it’s not supposed to be! Concentrate on your gluets or if you must roll the leg, go either side of the ITB on the lateral quads and hamstrings. You wouldn’t bang your head against a wall to cure a headache, so don’t roll your ITB
