    1. DB Standing Lateral Raises 4×12, progressive load
    2. Military BB Shoulder Press 4×12, progressive load
    3. Prone Flyes 4×12, progressive load
    4. Seated Lateral Raises on Machine 4×12, -/-
    5. Assisted Shoulder Press 4×12, -/-
    6. Reverse Pec Deck 4×12, -/-
