  1. Hello Jordan ! Thanks so much for that video! I have one question, I don't know if you read the comment but I'm doing this everyday to lost weight I'm actually 71Kg for 1m77 with 14% fat and I'm watching my food and doing fasting. Can I muscle with this training only or do I need additionnal muscles exercices? WHat will be the result by doing this everyday? 😀
