  1. I’m on day 3 I’m down 4.5 kilos already thank you so much Vicky😍❤️!!! I’m continuing on another few days will be off on the weekend then back on Monday will try another 5 days to see if I can lose another 5 kilos or so and then go back to eating sensible and a healthy diet plan.

  2. I just can't stop to try this liquid diet plan.nd surely 'll start it from Monday .but I am getting confuse at a point that if I have been to gym ..should I take protein shake too

  3. Hi mam .. I’m ur great follower..right now I’m in 5 th day of liquid diet ..so far only 3 kgs down . I’m little disappointed… .inspite of following the the diet religiously I am unable to get the best expect results of UPTO 10 kgs ☹️

  4. Hi this is my first time doing your diet im on my day 3 now i will keep updating im doing 20 min zumba workout also

    Day 1. 68.1
    Day 2 . 67.2
    Day 3 . 66.9
    Day 4 . 66.5

  5. This diet really works. I lost 5.2 kgs in 5 days. Along with the diet I worked out in gym on 3 our of 5 days and made sure to burn atleast 500 calories in each of those days.
