  2. Love all your tips !! Very holistic approach!! But I have started following IF after seeing your video ( came down 94 to 92 in 2 weeks ) didn’t follow it every day though as I fell ill and needed to eat medicine etc ! But I would really love it if you could make a video on how to incorporate these 7 steps along with IF . I need to go down to 52 and have given the end to this year as my target time to achieve . I am slowly trying to walk 10k steps as well . I do have PCOS and eat metformin for that . I could see that IF did def help . Thank you for that . Also while IF what detox waters can we drink ( I usually take tulsi green tea from organic india and water ) I have wanted to incorporate some detox waters like methi water or cinnamon water in my fasting period ? Can I drink those ? Thank you for such amazing content ! God bless you! You are beautiful and strong !!

Main if diet follow karti hoon.12pm main fast break Karti hoon ek apple se,4 almond,.1pm main lunch 1roti,mix vegetable curry,curd, cucumber salad,6pm main milk tea with jaggery and 7.30pm main 1 roti,salad,same curry as in lunch.please boliye mam ye thik hai na.aur morning and evening main walking
