But I have started following IF after seeing your video ( came down 94 to 92 in 2 weeks ) didn’t follow it every day though as I fell ill and needed to eat medicine etc ! But I would really love it if you could make a video on how to incorporate these 7 steps along with IF . I need to go down to 52 and have given the end to this year as my target time to achieve . I am slowly trying to walk 10k steps as well . I do have PCOS and eat metformin for that . I could see that IF did def help . Thank you for that . Also while IF what detox waters can we drink ( I usually take tulsi green tea from organic india and water ) I have wanted to incorporate some detox waters like methi water or cinnamon water in my fasting period ?
