i am just eating healthy this morning i had oats ceareal mixed with coconut oil instead of milk and for lunch i had a salad with some spinach and mashed up strawberies and mashed avocado then Italian dressing and for dinner i will have the salad again.

I dont know if this really works but I ate crap yesterday and didn’t put on weight
