  3. I have been doing everything you said except before my meals and it works. And like you mentioned earlier, I'm one of those people who have been using the kombutcha to replace soda so it already helps with weight loss just by doing that. Another great thing is, I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and kombutcha has helped with that as well, kombutcha is my new favorite. Everyone in my family has gotten a cold and for the first time in my life I have managed to avoid catching it. I have also noticed an increase in energy and less bloating and I definitely feel like I'm losing weight just simply by listening to my body, being careful , drinking kombutcha and giving up soda. I love it and I wish I had gotten started sooner.

  4. I lost 50 pounds drinking kombucha within like 7-8 months. I’m 150 pounds now. I’ve never been thin before in my entire life. I didn’t work out. I just drank 1-3 kombucha every day and the weight just fell off of me. Everyone thinks I’m anorexic or something because it happened so fast

  5. Good video! I brew my own at home using the continuous method! I was a serious mountain dew addict. Loved that stuff and tried to quit drinking it for years. When I drink kombucha, no cravings or nothing. I got my scoby from my mother who had in a jar in our house. We drank it as kids, too. I work out at the gym and drink a gallon or more of water per day and I drink the kombucha tea too, but in small amounts. Hope everyone makes their own, best way to go!! 🙂

  6. Thanks for the video! This is my 1st week of drinking Kombucha. I will try your tip of drinking it 1st thing in the morning/on an empty stomach & to drink 4 oz throughout the day! 😉 I have been drinking a 16 oz bottle in one setting with my afternoon snack!   7. Hi just watched your video last night and went out bought the green tea kombucha made by yogi. Which drink (s) do you recommend? Tea or juice? Where can I find different drinks? Just sub'd thanks 🙂

    That's funny, and yes I have noticed that I have lost around 10 or more pounds! I did not even know it helped you with weight loss!
