  1. maybe you could do a full body workout but the style is an arm exercise, an ab exercise, a leg exercise, and then cardio and repeat (kind of traveling down the body)

  4. Rebecca, I had been hoping you would do a low impact cardio workout, because I have back and knee problems! Thank you for this video! I had no problem completing this one. I absolutely love your videos, especially the abs workouts. I am used to more intense workouts however, do you think you could do something a little more challenging, in terms of cardio but that, at the same time is not too hard on the back and knees? I seem to be struggling to find a perfect balance between these, (I love intense cardio exercises) ever since I started having the aforementioned problems. Or if you have any other ideas, I'd love to hear them! Thanks for being a great source of inspiration!

  6. Great workout. I'm new to your channel. Can you do these workouts every day or should you do it every other day? I did your arm workout, ab workout and then the butt and legs workout equaling 35 minutes then shot over to the Fitness Marshall and danced with him. I'm so glad I stumbled unto your channel. 🙂 Thanks for everything.
