  1. I have scoliosis and never had received any kind of treatment for it because my family doesn't care. I am in 55 degrees Cobb angle and was part of the my country's national volleyball team, so for me it's really difficult from quitting double practice everyday to not doing any exercise at all because I'm scared it will make my curve get worse. So thank you sow much because these are low impact and they will be of so much help to scoliosis patients… I finally found something I can do!!

  2. Thank you for sharing!! Will have to try some of those exercises. I love my Nordic Track original ski machine for a no impact workout that strengthens your back and knees. I have worn out 1 easy ski (purchased new)and own 2 of the original ski machines both purchased used but one not ever really used after it was assembled. I had to purchase another one to rehab my knee as I did not have one with me where I currently am living. I have always used the Nordic Track to strengthen my back because I work in healthcare. I was shocked over how much of my knee stabilizing muscles the Nordic Track works, it has helped me so much to rehab my knee!! I originally purchased a Nordic Track to rehab my back after a car wreck and I had a sprained knee so it was no impact for my healing knee. I know you would have to get MD approval due to your back. I personally cannot use the elliptical as it hurts my knee. I have to be careful on bikes too. They sell the original style Nordic Tracks again or you can find them used. There is a person in my city that will also custom build you a Nordic Track from original parts and he repairs/services broken ones. He said his biggest customer base are doctors.

  3. Thank you so much for this! I have scoliosis too and this is very helpful knowing there are certain exercises suitable for us! I would love to see a workout video focusing on arm strength too. You inspire me so much 💕
