  2. One of the most informative planche vids out there! I'm doing most of these, but didn't know about keeping shoulders down… probably why I'm suffering from an impingement… thanks again!! And yes to full guide!!!

  3. that "joke" (because it's actualy true) really did it for me haha. If you are a member with acces to all the other programs you have already (like me) is the potential planche programm going to be a part of the other programs?

  4. great Video Darek , These videos are way more helpful then tutorials for any exercise .
    what no one mentions and what helps me the most are motor ques , ie : what are you focusing on when performing the exercise for example pulling your elbow down and to your sides when doing pullups .

  5. Should change my training routine to this or something else?:
    Monday: Skill training (atm trying to master pull ups and learn the l-sit)
    Tuesday: Chest, Triceps
    Wednesday: Skill training
    Thursday: Back, Biceps
    Friday: Skill training
    Saturday: Legs, Shoulders

  6. Just achieved my first deadhang pullup, but my back is extremely sore from all the australian pull ups ive been doing. Any tips to eliminate soreness so that i can increase my pullups?
