  1. I just started eating fully raw and I really need some guidance. I’m on day four and I have no idea what I’m doing. I feel extra tired, chills and sometimes my stomach hurts. I’m also constipated and feel great at the same time. I’m not sure how to explain it, but what’s happening to me? I also have a cold sore! I’m confused…… you look absolutely amazing by the way!

  3. Thank you, mother nature, for providing us with all natural vegan protein powder…so why there is "collagen" in huge letters on this supposedly vegan product is beyond me.

  4. Plz share your macro and micro like Unnatural Vegan does. Your diet is dangerous and not scientifically proven. I was negatively affected by it and I call out to people to stop eating raw. It's dangerous, expensive and not eco-friendly.

I was a huge fan and then I found out that lot's of Kristina's preaching on nutrition are totally wrong and misleading saying that taking supplements is unnecessary and that our body might become dependent on those things bc it will stop making those vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin E…. Come on, Kristina, you are better than this. Human body doesn't produce Vitamin Es, we need to take them from food… If not enough, then take your supplements. Period. Also, WHO has pointed out how dangerous vegans are when they are so deprived of VBs..It will lead to permanent nerve damage! I was a raw vegan bc of you and I got nerve damage bc I followed your diet and I regret it! I got nerve damage, depression, lethargy and so on.. Good job, Kristina

  6. It’s so nice to see a change Kristina, even though your hair absolutely gorgeous, it’s nice to see it braided like that, it’s a nice change ❤️ and adds a bit of visual freshness.
