Thank you for the shout out for maps prime pro! Just got it from your link. I did maps anabolic at the start of the year and found it great. Be less consistent with the gym since I finished it and haven’t been much at all since I came back from a 3 week holiday away and I’m paying for it now. Not in weight gain cuz my basic activity has increased now that I don’t work from home but pains and issues with my joints etc that I was dealing with before I started lifting have creeped back. Need to get back in the grove and into the gym and I think prime pro will help allot!
Didn’t like asparagus until I learned how to make them! I personally think they taste best roasted in the oven with a bunch of garlic and herbs (I like rosemary and thyme), tossed in olive oil and topped with a bit of lemon. And as always, the most important part is to make sure they’re properly seasoned w enough salt 🙂
For the radishes I would highly recommend doing a quick pickling procedure on them. It’s easy to find a refrigerator pickle recipe online and you can just sub the radishes for cucumber and do whatever you want with the pickling spices (I would avoid dill, but even some basic salt and whatever else you like will make them delicious).
I love asparagus but only pan fried with lemon, olive oil and garlic. Simmer until tender. You might be able to tolerate it this way?

I love cooking the radishes down in a soup with other veggies, about 20 minutes and they'll get really nice and soft!
Hey happy YouTubeAversary Marisa!
…
That's it 🙂
Roast the radishes! They’re amazing potato swaps and lose the bite when you roast them.
Bake the radishes in oven with carrots and sliced daikon radish. Toss In olive oil and salt and pepper. Delicious
For the radishes: just cut them in half and put salt and pepper on top 🙂
If you ever are craving something crunchy, you can use spray olive oil and cut up AIP compliant tortillas and go to heaven
Cook the radish in a slow cooker or instant pot like you would with a roast. The turn into little potato substitutes!! 🙂
Chop the reddish and fry a sweet potato, radish, bacon hash! It’s SO GOOD
With which camera do u film with?

I try asparagus at least once a year to see if I have magically started to like it, but so far, no luck.

Pickled daikon is so good. If you find the raw radishes too bitter saute or roast them. You can also use them in soup.
You can pickle your radish. The Japanese radish, slice thin and add to salads.
Roast the radishes cut in half with a little salt and oil of preference. They take a couple of minutes ans they become veggie candy!
Roasting radishes makes them a lot more mild, sort of similar to roasted potatoes
