Hey Justin have you tried doing pause bench pressing at the bottom of your chest?Just make sure you do a full range of motion from the very bottom of the chest then push all the way out so you are working all your muscle fibers,you will get better results on building a bigger stronger chest.I don't do touch and go on bench pressing that much anymore.I found out that doing a pause bench press builds a better chest.Weighted chin ups and pull ups are real good for building strength and size too.
