  2. Come on Leif, you can isolate curl heavier than 20lbs!! That's what I use lmao 😂
    I loved the way this video was filmed:) also another tip when doing abs, especially any leg lifts, you gotta back sure your lower back is stuck to the ground (you can help ensure that by putting your hands in a triangle under your tailbone!) 😁 Jaci you should try to do a deadlift with the actual barbell, you will get soooo many more benefits than a smith machine, and better form! (Sorry I'm a trainer and coach so I just want you to get the maximum out of each exercise!!) Also, your little ponytail is so cute when you workout Jaci!! I recently cut my hair short like yours and couldn't figure out how to get it out of my face during workouts 😅

  3. Your health related videos have been so inspiring to me lately. I’ve already changed my daily lifestyle by getting a cute bottle to drink my water, making daily smoothies for breakfast with spirulina. Also I bought a treadmill and I run everyday now and I eat avocado toast on rye bread. So THANK YOU Jaci for being an inspiration or influencer😉 however you want to say it haha
