  1. the mechine that you did not know what it was you are suppose to hold a 10 pound weight or what ever you can hold and put it on you chest and then do what you were doing. it is supposed to work your lower back

  2. Anyone else watching this while eating ice cream . Just me ok …… I do need to do this bc I told myself I will lose weight before school . School starts in 3 weeks and I’ve only gained weight 😂😂

  3. Great video as usual Tori! Awesome workout! My mom is a Pilates Trainer/physical Therapist . I have some Scoliosis, so Pilates is perfect for me. I also do a gym workout and Gymnastics. I’m a cheerleader for my school. Your in great shape! 👍🏼

  4. This might sound like a weird question, but if you don’t mind me asking, how much do you weigh? You and I are around the same age and I weigh 103 and have been going to planet fitness to try and gain weight, and you look super good girl!

  5. When you lung if you don't let your knee hit the ground its muscle under tension, which builds strength. When you let your knee hit the ground it's like a "break" for your muscles:)
