  1. I don't know why I feel SCARED to upload this but I do!! It's vulnerable to share before and after pics for anyone and any size but I think it just really shows how taking great care of your body can improve your health so quickly. I had been eating out and feeling SO bloated and I feel like with all the changes I talked about it todays video I've really seen and felt a huge difference. Remember, beauty comes from within – it has nothing to do with your size – but feeling healthy and strong is very happy and important too!

  2. I only lift 2 lb and 5 lb weights 😂 I workout 6 times a week, 1 hour every day here at home. I've also started watching what I eat but I can't leave sweets or chips completely. So far I've lost 15 pounds and gained muscle. Went from 124 to 109 pounds in 3 months though. I'm a mom of 3 and also very petit so I think I'm doing good so far 😄

  3. Hi Kristin! I get a sweet tooth at night and my “healthier” option is Greek yogurt, frozen berries, a spoonful of almond butter and a small handful of vegan chocolate chips! It is SO yummy! 😍

  4. Hi Kristin! Did you mean a 1/2 cup of chia seeds? I made your pudding but I think it’s much denser than yours because of a full cup of chias. Please let me know!

  5. Weight training = bulky is such a misconception!! So many women think cardio is the way to go but HUN, lifting weights can burn just as much calories AND it makes you stronger. It is such an empowering feeling to feel strong. I’ve been lifting since November (I’ve always been super thin, so this was me trying to gain muscle) and my legs and arms are soooo much more toned and muscular. I’ve built so much confidence in my body from it ☺️☺️☺️
Side note: food is not your enemy!! You can’t gain muscle without food! I literally eat over 2100 calories a day 🤣

  6. This is so great Kristin! Exercise is also amazing because it makes you happier, fights off depression, gives you a sense of purpose day to day, all that! Keep it up!

  7. You go girl! White women are the most prone to osteoporosis later in life and weight training directly strengthens your bones & joints! We love a healthy lady!
