  1. My favorite videos are the classic videos such as the Christian based ones. My local library used to have the video Punch Up Your Walk, Walk and Jog and the video that went with the step aerobic thing she sold in the mid 1990s. I have her book Getting Fit With Faith and I have all of the CDs that she ever made. I also have her 1.05 mile and 2.10 mile audio workouts that she has on iTunes.

  2. Almost done with week three. Been even trying to walk on the rest day ! Half way there guys! Keep up the great work!!
    I may do another round after wk 6! 🏃🏾‍♀️woo hoo! Thank you Walk at Home crew. I dropped alot of weight with you guys before.I am on my way back again.😀

  3. Guys I am having such an excellent result. With walking, I combine it with keto and Omad and walking in the morning and evening and I am melting like a butter against the sun.

  4. Just did today's (Wednesday 1/16) walk. I appreciate it and am glad to have done my walk today! I also wanted to let you know that the choppiness of two videos and the jumping from cool down to bands in the second video made for a real "fits & starts" work out. If possible, more continuity to the rest of the workouts would be really helpful. Thank you!
