My favorite videos are the classic videos such as the Christian based ones. My local library used to have the video Punch Up Your Walk, Walk and Jog and the video that went with the step aerobic thing she sold in the mid 1990s. I have her book Getting Fit With Faith and I have all of the CDs that she ever made. I also have her 1.05 mile and 2.10 mile audio workouts that she has on iTunes.
I love to walk, specially love to walk with you guys. But now I am pregnant and I was wondering if you guys could come up with a mile walk for pregnant ladies…

Guys I am having such an excellent result. With walking, I combine it with keto and Omad and walking in the morning and evening and I am melting like a butter against the sun.

Just did today's (Wednesday 1/16) walk. I appreciate it and am glad to have done my walk today! I also wanted to let you know that the choppiness of two videos and the jumping from cool down to bands in the second video made for a real "fits & starts" work out. If possible, more continuity to the rest of the workouts would be really helpful. Thank you!

Yeah I followed the week 2 on walking but i had the pain on knee when i did the bouncing till now its swollen and i m unable to follow the week 3 but i will get back soon guys

Both one mile walks for this week were meh. Nick cant lead and Michael is annoying.
I just "found" the challenge. Can I start with week 3? No physical activity whatsoever over here, but that is about to change! 🙂
I missed Wednesday walk, so I did both today. I'm amazed I did 5 miles all at once and so happy!
