  1. This is the push I needed to keep going. I started out at 307lbs and have been working out since the end of July and I’m am now at 275lbs. I was starting to lose motivation until this popped up on Snapchat. Keep up the work my brotha.

  2. Props to this brotha…. i went from 278 to 219 in about a year. Losing fat, building muscle. DON'T RELY on the scale so much…Look at how your clothes fit, and how you feel… 💯🙏🏾💪🏾

  3. This dude makes me wanna lose weight. I’m overweight by at least 15 lbs. It’s just hard because when you live in a family household you stick to what your guardians cook for you and others. Not just you. How can I lose weight if everyone in my house eats heavy, greasy, junk?

  4. He does look amazing, sometimes people are quite good looking but it takes a huge overhaul both inside and out to bring that out. Perfect example here. Best of look to him 🙂

  5. This is awesome, I have a transformation myself, but its hard to tell sometimes that i lost weight, unless I see a comparison in pictures, side by side. Great transformation though!

  6. This is real body positivity… instead of encouraging overweight people to stay overweight and never do anything about it… This! right here is what self love looks like.

  7. See this is a clear example of misleading!!!! If anyone knows bodybuilding like me,they would clearly understand that there is already a nice amount of muscle mass stored under all that fat from the start.. don't think that you would just lose a bunch of weight and little training and just be totally transformed.your in for disappointment.
