My dad passed away suddenly at 49 on December 2, 2019… First person in both my moms and dads side of the family to pass away (aside from great aunts and uncles) I'm crushed. Sending you hugs.

I totally feel you about your grandpa. My granddad died all of a sudden on December 22 and had the funeral December 26 and 27th. The first time my siblings and i had been together in 10 years.
I'm so very sorry for the losses you have endured with the passing of your family members. 2019 was a rough year for so many people, myself included. It feels like it was a year of transition, moving us forward in some way. I've not figured out why so much has been taken from me yet but taking it a day at a time.
