  2. It was such an inspirational video Kay! What I really enjoyed that you took time at the end of each week and shared your point of you about that week. 1st week was a little hard but than you slowly got better, which is really inspiring to me.

Self discipline is something that most of us struggle with so finding something that you can enjoy (even if it’s hard) and pushing yourself (safely) to a point you never thought you could go is so rewarding and empowering.
