  1. Wow. Amazing. I really liked the voice-over versus doing a live narration. The voice-over really allows for a clean/edited narration. Very well done.

  2. Some times it is explained shortly after it is actually done and since one cannot stare at the monitor all the time, it is difficult to pick up the paste. The whole exercise is also very fast and it changes rapidly between different moves. But this video is from 2015. The recent videos are very good and comfortable to work with. Already a fan, thanks for all the effort! 🙂

  3. Kassandra, what do you think? Forgive me, but during this practice, I was thinking about your teaching style in 2015 until now. I'm impressed how well you taught 3 years ago! Your voice inflection was well paced and relaxed like now. Your routine was well thought out and well executed as always. Maybe the backdrop is different, but amazed how consistent you are in your teaching after a few years! Keep up the great work!

  4. Question? When ever I do a twisting quad stretch I get a hamstring cramp, by the time I get the hamstrings calmed down and I ti the stretch it's time to move on… why does this happen, and what can I do to work on this?

  5. My wife and I really enjoyed this power yoga, particularly after warming up a bit first. We really felt like we got a great workout, both strength and cardio, with nice stretches and good balance work thrown in too!

  6. I just started yoga 2-3 weeks ago and I LOVE your videos!! You're the only youtube instructor that's been able to keep me engaged, focused and excited about practicing yoga daily. Thank you!
