Your voice inflection was well paced and relaxed like now. Your routine was well thought out and well executed as always. Maybe the backdrop is different, but amazed how consistent you are in your teaching after a few years! Keep up the great work!
Question? When ever I do a twisting quad stretch I get a hamstring cramp, by the time I get the hamstrings calmed down and I ti the stretch it's time to move on… why does this happen, and what can I do to work on this?
My wife and I really enjoyed this power yoga, particularly after warming up a bit first. We really felt like we got a great workout, both strength and cardio, with nice stretches and good balance work thrown in too!
