  2. Thanks for another amazing video, Kellen! Yeah, this was a tough one but as I was doing some of the movement/combinations, such as the squat bounce, I was amazed at how brilliantly simple they were and thinking "why didn't I come up with this?". 🙂

  3. Have you ever tried hugging a tree for fitness? I’m not being a smart ass. I’m genuinely asking because that’s what I’ve started doing and it’s a pretty rough work out. You basically wrap your arms and legs around a tree like a koala bear and hold on for time. So far I can only last 10-11 seconds

  5. This is what I do in the gym, but I m the only one. The truth is these freestyle excercises are essential . So I am really pleased to be watching this video to increase my range. It's like I can't believe somebody else got the same idea. It's like having a restless soul that is exploring and searching.
