  1. Hey Guys! Sharing a healthy dinner meal with quinoa and dal. quinoa is gluten free and is high in protein, its ideal for those with health issues like thyroid, pcos, and diabetes. You can also include quinoa in your diet if you are trying to lose weight or simply trying to eat healthy. I have already shared many quinoa recipes, pls do check it out to understand more. Also, a small clarification – while shooting the video, jeera was slightly roasted a bit longer – this happens when making a video and trying to explain the minutest thing! So pls excuse this! We throughly enjoyed this high protein meal and hope you will too! Thanks so much for your love and support!❤️❤️

  4. I love, love, love this recipe! I am the caregiver for my 94-year-old mom, who now 'eats like a bird'. I always worry that she is not getting enough protein and other nutrients. This dish will definitely suit her taste and I will be able to feel more relaxed about keeping her well nourished. Thanks Nisa!
