  1. That's my weakness cakes and chocolate!! But for the last couple of weeks I've been baking from ww cakes etc especially zero point chickpea/butter bean etc cakes and it's working! I haven't craved more sweet stuff at all and for me that's a miracle soo pleased 😌 😂💕💕

  3. I was 275, lost 102 pounds. Got pregnant. Gained back 60. Have lost 11.6lbs but that has been over a period of like 5 months. Super slow this time around. Gotta get my mind back in it. The struggle is so real and I'm yet to find a good balance. The good thing is I can't have "cheat days" or "no counting days" like I used to before having my baby because for some reason I get deathly sick now. So I just need to rmember that before falling off the wagon. The problem is sometimes I just don't care about the consequences. I'm getting there. One baby step at a time, even if I go in circles for a while until I figure out the right direction for me. Thank you for your videos.
