I don't understand why people train with machines/weights. Ruins your body underneath(joints/tendons and regular muscle tears). Just do pure bodyweight training. Most strongmen/bodybuilders can't do anything even close to bodyweight specialists yet the other way around you'd be surprised what you can achieve with bodyweight training. 100% functional mastery over your own body. Take one-arm pullups for example – ~80kg with just one bicep – for reps. That's some insane strength, and just one example.
I need to do light weights too cause my left elbow and forearm has been hurting from a injury I got 6 months ago, when I take a couple days off the pain goes away but then comes back when I weight lift but I don’t want to stop for too long so I keep going.
Hey videographer, are you part of Lite Brite Nation or what?!?! No way the tunes are this much of a coincidence.
You realize how strong Eddie is when he reps 100kg with ease, as if it was a warm up.
Eddie works for a strength goal by doing bodybuilding training… Ok.
Can someone please tell him how to program his training. Please.
Bro these plates literally look fake when Eddie is lifting them because he’s so strong
I cant stand people in the comments that dont know the difference between
Loose and Lose
Anyone going to tell Eddie he’s meant to rest u don’t rehab by training it 😂🙈🙈🙈

Hey Eddie I have an idea, take a ice bath like Brian that should help you recover quickly from that injury.

Eddie, when someone refers to the term “buff”, um it doesn’t mean what you think.
Paddy has definitely toned up and looking lean/buff since first training video they done together . Fairplay
