I absolutely love the small text comments you add during the video 😀 That said, I feel very motivated to do these exercises now, although I have some form of minor injury in the intercostal muscles, so I don't want to aggravate it. Btw, what do you do if you have a minor injury? Are you completely avoiding exercises that have anything to do with that area?
