  1. Your exercises are great, especially for me as I recover from a hip replacement. However, you need to get another camera man. This is not art, it is instruction. When you say "Step back", I need to see your FEET, not your wonderful smile. This is typical of exercise videos. The camera guy is thinking about zooms/pans/beauty rather than the usefulness of what he is doing.

  4. I CAN DO THIS!! Thank you, Curtis!! I am a baby-boomer with arthritis in my lumbar spine. I own many workout DVD's, mostly chair yoga. While these are beneficial, I wanted something that would fit the following perameters: (1) doesn't require me to get down on the floor (there's a lot of that in yoga) (2) a workout that would challenge me, but not be impossible (3) get my heart rate up a bit (4) enable me to do the workout in a chair, if I needed to.
    Your workout did ALL of these! Thanks so much! You are a Godsend! Bless you!

  6. Curtis I’m so glad I found your workouts., they look simple enough to do but I have CHF.., are your workouts low impact enough for me to build up my endurance and stamina..?? Thank you., I’m ready to get started.

I'm in quite a few groups on Facebook and a lot of the people would love exercises for them with RA and Fibromyalgia. Please get back to me.

  8. This is the best exercise. I'm starting to lose weight. So far I have lost 70 pounds. I'm at a plateau between 196 and 203. I need to get down below 200 again. O. Seeing my Rheumatologi.st in September and I want to be at my goal weight of 175.
    I know I can do it with your help
